Tank bottom inspection with computerised MFL corrosion detection & sizing. The motorised FloormapVS2i maintains a constant speed giving more consistent results with greater defect detectability and sizing than non-motorised systems.

1.MFL2000 Motorised MFL corrosion detection tank bottom scanner. A quick and effective MFL screening tool to locate corrosion for secondary sizing inspection techniques. Handscan

3.The vacuum box test is performed on welded seams for rapid integrity evaluation. The system is highly effective and provides a rapid, economic method of evaluating the integrity of various welds. Ultrasonic Testing

4.Qa NDE personnel use a range of traditional irrigated and dry coupled UT inspection systems to suit specific requirements for Ultrasonic A, B and C-scan Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Tanks and Large Diameter Pipework. Remote access ultrasonic crawlers are also used to allow cost effective ultrasound thickness measurements on above ground ferro-magnetic structures without the need for costly scaffolding or rope access.
